Dave Cragoe, President

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Biology from Cal Poly Pomona. He has been active in the pest control industry since 1989. He served on the Board of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and his own homeowner’s association (Peach Hill) in Moorpark for 6 years each. Dave is a licensed Pest Control Advisor (PCA), Board Certified Entomologist (BCE), Pest Control Operator and Certified Arborist. Outside of work, Dave enjoys playing basketball, pickleball, hiking, travel, participating at his church and hanging out with his wife, 8 kids and 4 grandkids (so far).
Miguel Alfaro – Assistant Manager

Miguel Alfaro – Assistant Manager

Miguel is an Assistant Manager and has been with us since 1999. Miguel has a proven ability to solve a variety of pest problems. In addition to his pest control expertise, Miguel has developed excellent client relation skills which he utilizes on a daily basis. He is bilingual and holds a Qualified Applicator License, Live Animal Trapping License, and a Field Representative License. When Miguel isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his son play sports and his daughter's dance shows.
Darry Duhm – Assistant Manager

Darry Duhm – Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Manager Darry has been with us since 2001. Darry's personable approach to customer service and his knowledge of pest control makes him a valuable part of Cragoe. He is a Certified Arborist and holds a Qualified Applicator License, Field Representative License, and a Live Animal Trapping License. He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and watching his kids play sports.
Mark Nuhfer – Technician

Mark Nuhfer – Technician

Mark was hired in 2002 and has been a proven asset to the Company. Mark's years of experience show in the quality of his work and excellent customer service. He holds a Qualified Applicator License and a Qualified Applicator Certificate. He is licensed as a Field Representative with the Structural Pest Control Board and for Live Animal Trapping. Mark enjoys his family, dog and fixing just about anything around the house.
Herlindo Villa – Technician

Herlindo Villa – Technician

Herlindo was hired in 2010. With more than 15 years of pest control experience, Herlindo is a very knowledgeable technician. He has excellent customer service skills and is bilingual. He holds a Qualified Applicator License, Field Representative License, and Live Animal Trapping License. He enjoys baseball and going to Dodger games.
Luis Mendoza – Technician

Luis Mendoza – Technician

Luis has been with Cragoe since 2015. With years of pest control experience, Luis is a valuable part of the Cragoe team. He has proven ability to resolve many different pest control issues. He is dependable and friendly. Luis is bilingual and holds a Qualified Applicator License and a Field Representative License. He enjoys going to baseball games with his family and cheering for his favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Rudy Juarez – Technician

Rudy Juarez – Technician

Rudy was hired in 2016. A great attitude, friendly smile, and knowledgeable pest control experience is what Rudy is known for. He is bilingual and holds a Field Representative License. Photography and watching the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball games are some of the activities Rudy enjoys when he's not working.
Pancho Gonzalez – Technician

Pancho Gonzalez – Technician

Pancho joined the Cragoe team in 2019. His friendly personality and years of pest control experience make Pancho a welcome addition to the Company. He is bilingual and holds a Residential Applicator License. He has many interests including woodworking, carpentry, and dancing.
John Britton – Technician

John Britton – Technician

John has been with Cragoe since 2020.John's great attitude and excellent customer service skills have been a valuable addition to the Cragoe team. He holds a Qualified Applicator License and a Field Representative License. John enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and fishing. He also coaches youth sports in his spare time.
Laurie Robinson – Office Manager

Laurie Robinson – Office Manager

Laurie has been with Cragoe since 2019. As office manager, Laurie oversees the day-to-day office operations, working alongside the office staff and assisting the technicians. A fun fact about Laurie is that she is an Oregonian. She moved to California in 2002, but still considers Oregon home. She is also a plant mom to many beautiful and flourishing houseplants.
Michelle Heydorn – Office Staff

Michelle Heydorn – Office Staff

Michelle was hired in 2016. A key part of the office staff, Michelle helps with a variety of tasks to assist the technicians out in the field and provide excellent customer support. She excels at all she does. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, hiking, reading, and going to Disneyland.
Jessica Araujo – Office staff

Jessica Araujo – Office staff

Jessica was hired in 2019. She is a vital part of our office staff, providing excellent customer service skills, especially in assisting customers over the phone. Friendly and always ready to help, Jessica has proven to be a valuable part of the team. When not at work, she is studying cosmetology or spending time with her son.
